Let the celebration begin. So some big news to end the weekend, Rube.

Doug Peterson tested positive for COVID-19. He told his team, let's just go through everything we know here on the Eagle I podcast.

Doug Peterson did test positive. He's asymptomatic. I'm told he's feeling great, but he obviously can't be in the

building so he can take part in any virtual type of meeting setting. Anything in the building will now be taken over by

Dusdale who in addition to being a running backs coach is also the assistant head

coach so if you've missed all that now you're up to speed, not a great update here.

It's a little troubling that, you know, a couple weeks into this, the head coach of the football

team already testing positive.

Yeah, and I guess the first thing is, you know, we wish Doug well.

It sounds like he's doing fine, but you know, this is unpredictable virus and symptoms can come and go so the main thing is you know he's a

great guy I've known Doug 20 years I just hope he's okay I hope his family is okay and you know hope to see him back at work as soon as possible and we

can go through that what has to happen for him to get back into the building.

But yeah, and, you know, we don't know if he contracted it in the Nova Care Complex

or elsewhere.

So without knowing any details,

it's hard to really drunney any conclusions other than

Doug's a smart guy who's talked about how he's taking every possible precaution

You know the the building is I mean they pass the NFL's you know rule to get approved for safety

He's not a guy that goes out at parties.

He doesn't, you know, he doesn't go out there.
