Sometimes I'm chatting with other business owners, they are very

intrigued by the fact that we are a 100% remote company. Well, almost 100%.

We have a few people that work at Wyanib HQ, three people, but the other 40-some

work from their homes in their pajamas. And that sounds amazing, but there are downsides to remote work.

And so when people often talk about how do you maintain a culture,

how do you maintain this kind of camararaderie this sense of team the sense of

belonging when you're so far apart it often as most things do leads me back to

thinking about budgeting and at the end of the day, no matter what you're trying

to do, what you're trying to accomplish, the key is to be intentional. So if you say we are

going to be a remote company, then you need to be intentional about what you're doing there.

You have to be aware of the pitfalls and be aware of the upsides and accentuate those and

try and mitigate the pitfalls like communication and asynchronous situations dealing with different

times and things like that.

And with your money it's the same way, you just got to be intentional.

You got to recognize, okay, my goal, my objective is to have money to do this, or I just want a little more control or a little less stress,

a little more peace.

But you still need to just recognize that there are concrete things you need to do.

You need to think hard about it.

You need to do things that mitigate risk, that accentuate your

talents, that really at the end of the day improve your money situation. It's just about being thoughtful and
