same sites you do so you probably noticed that last week and

actually ongoing now for the public is the Tokyo Auto Show yeah so there's been a

ton of big reveals and let's pull the sheet off of this crazy piece of car design and concepts and I have to say the same thing I say every time.

I like concepts because they're cool photographs and then I almost it almost leaves my brain.

I use the synapses for other use because I just

feel like we're not in reality go look at eye candy and we should still talk about

them a little bit but I don't feel like concepts ever are really a thing.

Subaru is doing it again, well as is everybody, but yeah, Tokyo, I'd love to go to the show because it's traditionally

been the wacky weird stuff of mobility just in general you know Honda with the robots sure

the SMO robots and you know all that kind of stuff from from years past they would

give designers almost creative autonomy didn't go nuts just go invent some kind of

mobility and what's popular was you know disabled folks you know just getting people

upstairs or you know, just getting people upstairs or, you know, trying to overcome various

obstacles or challenges like that. That's been a good topic for the past. I'm very

intrigued by where car styling in general is going and starting to see a getting away

from a lot of cliches. Because of manufacturing trends and because of power trains and all that stuff I'm really glad to see we're kind of

getting away from some things other things you think okay that's recycled but one of the

biggest things that I'm seeing is lighting. Headlight lighting has freed everybody up to come up with

me designs. That's an interesting thought. Instead of just, well I've got to have a bulb or I've
