The big announcement, as you've probably heard if you listen to other episodes, we now offer video on Spotify.

So if you are a Spotify listener, you may have already noticed that you can

also watch all the most recent episodes of the Daily Swole podcast. The stream might have been a

little hiccopy last couple of days. So if you listen on other platforms, it should be all ironed

out. But that was the reason we were switching over things behind the scenes.

And because we have so many fucking episodes, we have almost 2,500 episodes.

It took a while and it needed some backstage work with our hosting provider that we rotated to.
