Welcome back to another episode of The Awakely Jake Show.

On today's episode, I'm going to be dropping and sharing with you how the integration

process works.

Now, I want to start out by saying that if you're going through something right

now, if you're experiencing challenge or some type of pain, I want you to know that it's all

going to be okay. And this is something that I wish that I heard many years ago when I was going through the darkest

moments of my life.

I wish that someone told me it was all going to be okay.

But I had to find the inner strength within myself to walk through this path and make it

out the other side.

So with me right now in this moment, just take a breath in and breathe out and say to yourself,

I am safe.

I am loved.

I am supported. And everything is going to be okay. Because your darkest moments,

your pain that you experience come with great wisdom. Think about everything that you've

gone through in your life.

Think about the moments that you've suffered the deepest. And think about how much you grew
