All right. Hey, everyone. This Kirk here again at Option Alpha. So hopefully you've been

enjoying the recent shows we have, the interview we have with Kevin, and the last couple

podcast episodes. Today we're going to be doing one a little bit different kind of going through this again.

We've talked about this probably all over the place, but I don't know if we've ever done

a podcast solely dedicated to it.

So what I wanted to do is I wanted to go through kind of the five things that I think

you have to know or kind of check or be

considerations, if you will, for going live. So these are going to be things that, you know,

I think there's this transition period that people go through where they're backtesting

or paper trading and then they make the jump, the quantum leap, if you will,

right, into live trading. And when you start live trading, it is different. I mean, it's a different

experience, right? Often sometimes will relate live trading to like the idea of having a child

for the first time when you actually

become a parent. It's completely different. You can read all about it. You can watch

videos about it. You can take classes. There's almost nothing that compares to having a child

in your arms and you being responsible for it. So that similar mentality, just kind of

metaphorically speaking, is about what happens when you start trading live. And so what I want to do is kind of give you what I think are some of the

best practices, important considerations, however you want to think about them as you start

or before you start to transition to live trading. So I hope that these really help out. This is by no

means going to be everything

that you could possibly think of. I tried to condense it down into kind of what I think are the five
