welcome back to wholesale hotline number 240. I'm Brent Daniels joined by

base Morby and Jerry Norton and we are excited we are excited to spend Monday evenings with

you guys every single week talking about how to find deals how to convert deals

and what are the right exit strategies based on whatever

other night. Yep. And I had this really weird moment of I felt like it was real estate all over. So I go to taking back Sunday. My wife says, hey, they're coming into town. I go, hey, I'm going to be a good husband and just buy the tickets instead of saying, hey, do you want to go? I just bought the tickets and said, all right, let's get, let's go. So we get to the event. It's the Mollett Arena in downtown Tempe.

Shout out Mollett Arena. Okay. Crazy. And I get over there, I go, all right, I'm going to be really smart. I'm going to take my tickets, and I'm going to look at the map of the arena, and I'm going to try and enter in the perfect door to take the perfect shortcut to go in the right door to then get to my seats with as little amount of steps as humanly possible.

Yes. And then I'm sitting there 15 minutes outside the building. And finally, my wife goes,

let's just walk into any door. I go, all right, fine. I walk into any door. And guess what I do? I just ask the people inside

the building where my freaking seat is. And they go, follow those people. And I follow these people.

And they were already kind of going towards my general area. And I go, man, this is just like real
