Summary
In this episode, I'm talking about something I've been thinking a lot about recently: the difference between setting intentions and gripping tightly onto outcomes. After waking up one morning and simply asking, "Show me how good today can get," I realised how much pressure many of us place on ourselves to control every detail of our lives.
I dive into why we often cling so tightly to money goals, relationships, business success and future plans, and how what we call "being driven" can sometimes actually be fear dressed up as productivity. I also explore why some of life's best moments tend to arrive when we stop trying to force everything into place and leave room for surprise instead.
If you've ever felt exhausted from trying to manifest, constantly chasing the next thing, or waiting for life to finally feel good when you reach a particular milestone, this episode is your reminder that maybe you don't need to hold on harder. Maybe you simply need to loosen your grip and allow life to meet you halfway.
