behind what I'm saying. I think sometimes it makes sense to just say words and let it be and

let people do with it what they want and other times I think it

actually it's actually more wise to provide context yeah sometimes you don't need to and you're just you know

making yourself tired talking more and explaining yourself more and then

sometimes it's actually valuable and this this episode this conversation about the
