Previously on the podcast, we met Peter Monk, the son of a humble, late char-colar in

early modern Germany.

Peter hungered from war from life, so he went to the black forest to make some wishes

with a little glass man, a magical creature who offered up three wishes, and then some.

On his way, Peter learned of Dutch Michael, the actual devil who lives in the forest, and

after a brief escape from the devil, Peter made his wishes.

They were pretty bad, so the little glass man gave him some do-overs.

In his first four wishes, consisted of him getting epic dancing skills, as much money

as one of the taverngoers, Big Ezekiel, a glass factory, and a horse and carriage.
