This is going to be an endurance workout, meaning at no point while I say or invite you into any increased efforts.

This might be a little bit of a selfish workout for me just coming off of instructor training retreat

If you give him, like here's my whole body, here's everything. He gives you all of himself. He really does. So it's just too much goodness to even put words around it. It is a week of myself and my team just hitting the ground hard.

But it's a good week. It's like a harvest week as a if you're a farmer, it's a big week. And then of course I come home kind of, you know, unwind, relax, and then, boom, I got hit with a cold, a pretty nasty cold.

Been laying low for a few days now, haven't really moved my body, and I thought, well, today, we're going to move my body, I thought well today we're going to move my body I'm going to be

kind to be gentle with it just get some fluids moving a bit and keep some fluids
