Italy is always a good idea, no matter the season. It's been a few months since my last trip and

my feet are getting itchy. I was missing my friends in the Amelia region and, of course,

a bowl of steaming tortellini embroider. And I managed to find an excellent version right here

in Melbourne, Australia, where I live. If you're heading our way, you might like to check out

Trateria Amelia in the city centre. It's Buonissimo. And now, if you don't find the tortellini

imbredo on the menu, just ask, because I think it's an off-menu item. Now, for the rest of you, it's really

worth keeping an eye out for local restaurants in your area that specialize in regional Italian

cuisine. So that means that they will have the specialties of the region instead of some

generic Italian garlic bread, spaghetti bolognese option, which, you know, there's

a worth time and a place for that, I reckon, especially if you ask my kids, but I do also like

a steaming bowl of tortellini-embrotto. Now lately, I've been working on a few exciting

Italy travel-related projects that I can't wait to share with you in the coming months.
