All this and the usual movie news, reviews and nonsense on the only movie podcast that

is seriously hoping that the rock gets to be a musical performer at next year's Oscar

ceremony.

Hello pod, I'm Helen O'Hara and welcome to the Empire Podcast and yes, once again I'm

stepping in for Chris Hewitt, who has been removed from the booth and indeed the country

after last week's shenanigans and he's been told to think about what he's done.

Some of you may have noticed that we've been tag teaming for the past few weeks actually

and wondered if there was some reason that you no longer hear the two Northern Irish people

in the same room at the same time.

But just to assure you, the rumors that he is my alter ego, the result of a Dr. Jekyll

and Mr. Hyde style experiment that went catastrophically wrong and that we have finally stabilized

the process so we no longer compete for the same error but take turns.

Those are completely unfounded, okay?

I just want to clear that up.

So instead of my Protestant alter ego this week, I'm joined by two colleagues of such

lethal cunning.

I'm a man who I personally hold co-responsible for what happened last week in my absence.
