How to Raise Conscious masculine men.

So whether you're a parent or want to be a parent someday or

never want to be a parent, I'm going to be talking a lot about masculine and feminine dynamics

in this podcast. So it will be very helpful for you to listen. Now throughout this episode,

I'm going to be sharing a lot of vulnerability and how I was raised,

which I would say I was exposed to a lot of wounded masculine energy growing up. And I didn't

really learn the art of healthy masculinity. I think it's so important that we reinstate

healthy masculine and feminine energies within all humans.

So one of my focuses in the work that I do with the polarity and the intimacy and the masculine

and feminine energies is teaching the embodiment of your natural core energy and having

a relationship, a healthy relationship with both of your

energies. Now, a lot of people are in balance because they're not honoring their natural core
