I want to say a big thank you before we say anything else tonight we hit 10 million downloads and I couldn't be more speechless to be honest with you.

This is something that when we started this thing and people told us if we got 70 downloads a week we were killing it.

It's not a lie. Most of you out there who run podcasts realize getting listeners is extremely hard. Doesn't even matter sometimes how good your show is. We've had some great shows come on here as interviews that were only getting 50-60-70 listens a week and their show was fantastic.

It was produced and the content and everything about it. It really is the key and we've been fortunate enough to be on some pretty big shows. Obviously history goes bump has been huge for us. Tony and Jenny over at Rue Ghost Stories Online and Jim Herald. Those three have boosted us so much that we will never be able to say thank you enough.

Yes you guys are amazing and we are still this cannot get over the support that we've had over these last four years and we just cannot thank you guys enough.

Tracy it's you see it every day we see it in a group we've seen it through personal messages people are struggling right now in general.

Some people are struggling financially some people are struggling mental health wise but it all takes a toll on somebody mentally and we just want to make sure that everybody knows that you've got somebody to turn to if you feel like that you're neglected or you feel like you don't have anybody that's just your mind playing tricks on you you have people you just don't realize it don't give in to what you're doing.

You don't give in to what your mind is telling you you've got friends you've got family members you've got us you've got the group 5000 people strong that are willing to jump in your corner as soon as you got an issue.
