I'm very demanding and I think coaches demanding but his demanding was in a different way. I mean he was a little older

Obviously a lot more polished and had the understanding that they looked at him as like a you know a granddad you know we call

them silver fox me they're looking like the the crazy uncle you know if you

will so I just think the perspective is different I think there's a different level of energy that's there,

but I think obviously the goal is the same. So how you get to that goal and in the first team meeting, get down to say, I'm not coach, and coach is not me.

Obviously, he's done a fantastic job, and that's why we're here, and that's why this program is the way it is right now.

But I understand that there's a new leadership and with that being said we're going to do things a little differently.

We don't have to re-make anything or redo anything.

We just have to enhance what we already have.
