Hey guys, welcome to the podcast this week. How's everybody doing? Today's episode is super short and sweet and this episode is really going to be about something that I want you to go and do. And I want you to take action after you listen to this episode, okay? Because so many of you are struggling with this topic. I coach many teens during the week. I work with a lot

of teens and there's a lot of noise and garbage in your heads and going on in the world around

you that tell you that you are not good enough. And our brains in the world love to tell us that

we are not good enough in all the brains in the world love to tell us that we are not good enough

in all the ways that our brains decide that we are not good enough. Our brain can see something

and then make it about us and just decide that we're not good enough, okay? And many of you,

you don't even know that your brains are doing this because it's so automatic for your brain

to play these I'm not good enough tracks inside your head.

Okay?

For many of the teens that I coach this week, the tracks playing inside their heads sound

like they'd rather be with someone else.

I don't belong in this group. I did something wrong.

I shouldn't mess up. Everyone is prettier than I am. Everyone is better than I am. They don't

want me here. I'm not the favorite. Okay. And I could go on and on and on with the garbage that

our brains tell us, okay?

But here's the thing.

These garbage thoughts and these thoughts,

they're very normal to have as a teen,
