Summary

It's no secret that I love being in my thirties. In honor of turning 32 this weekend, I'm using this episode to take a look back on the last two years and reflect on the most important lessons I've learned since entering my thirties. (Spoiler: It's a lot of "you do you" and "ignore the haters" and "live with integrity.")

0:30.6	aftermath of being winded, I am fresh off the New Jersey Half Marathon course.
0:35.9	I ran the New Jersey Half this morning and it was such a great race.
0:39.5	I have not raced a half marathon since last May when I ran the Brooklyn Half so it's
0:44.0	been a while.
0:45.4	But first of all, I forgot how much half marathon's hurt.
0:47.9	I think I've been getting all hyped up on five k's and those hurt in a different way.
0:52.0	Man, half marathon's are no joke and there was also a marathon going on at the same time.
0:57.8	And at mile 11, the marathoners turned right and the half marathoners turned left and let
1:03.0	me tell you I've been, I've never been happier to make a left turn in my whole life.
1:07.7	So I don't know how I used to run marathons and how I used to enjoy them but by mile four
1:12.8	today I was like, ooh, okay, we're doing this.
1:16.2	It was a really great race.
