That's right. It's all about the numbers. Yeah know, it was a real joy to write this book because it's got so much in it that I wanted to say about, about modern life, about social media, about trying to be perfect.

Because that's the thing, it's very themed around that, that FOMO feeling that we all have. We all have that. Yeah. Well, I think it's in us all and it's probably always been there, but modern life sort of exacerbates it because we're just, we have images thrust at us all the time of other people's lives.
