Summary

This episode is all about the importance of our second favorite bedroom activity-- SLEEP! Stand up comedians Josh Gondelman and Sophia Wilson Pelton are two of the hosts of the podcast Pillow Talk-- where funny people have easy going conversations that you can fall asleep to. Today they join Remy to talk sleep habits, dreams, sleep positive households vs. sleep negative and sex-- does it make you sleepy? It is quite the fun and exciting little slumber party, but if you fall asleep during this episode, we will NOT hold it against you.
