This week the Cocktail of the Week is not a cocktail.

We are drinking or rather I am drinking

Wolfers dry rosé cider.

Wolfers is actuallysé cider.

Wolfers, it's actually a winery, I found out.

They make wine, they grow grapes.

They're in New York, but they also make cider.

They have a regular white one, which is good good and they have a rosé which is my favorite and then they've got a red one

Which is very grapey. It's a little too

Strong for me. How do you make red apple cider? I think they actually must put

grapes in that. The rosé apple cider is made from like red-fles

but I think they might put some grapes in the red cider. It's not bad but the rosé and the white are like

really dry and delicious. I tried like the angry orchard rosé didn't like it.

Too sweet. Yeah it tasted a little artificial.

Nothing personal to them or people who like it.

But this of his delish.
