I'm doing great David getting back in the swing of this podcasting thing.

Oh yeah, I'm happy to be back in front of the microphone. Been real busy the last couple weeks I went out to Chicago for the American Bar Association's

tech show and got the geek out with all the nerdy lawyers.

Had a great time, but it's kind of nice to be back in front of the mic.

You know, I think if you had said that to anybody else they wouldn't have understood.

Oh, it was great. You know, there are some really smart attorneys out there that are using technology in great ways, which is kind of interesting because generally the profession is way behind the curve but the people on the bleeding

edge man they are bleeding lots and you were the Mac evangelist just me and

several others they have quite a few Mac attorneys now. I did a session on using a Mac in a Windows

firm which was pretty popular, both in attendance and feedback. And I did a session on just how I use my Mac.

That was probably one of the funnest sessions.

I did it up in the Conrad Hilton Suite at the top of the hotel

overlooking the Lake Michigan.

It was just wonderful. And There were a lot of great

geeky Mac people there and we had the big screen up and we were putting our

screens up, our computers up on the screen and showing some of our favorite tricks

and tips. And I also did a session on mediation,

which has nothing to do with a Mac,

but it was fun anyway.

It was kind of neat because I have all these great tools

I've built in numbers.

And a lot of the attorneys there were trying to figure out how to do it in Excel and they were just they were baffled which kind of was amusing.
