King of my own castle, emperor of my domain.

I can print my own money, make my own tags for my car, have a standing

army. I mean who knows? Who knows what you can do when you're a sovereign?

Well so technically you could do those things but you don't because you're smart enough to know

that that's not going to fly in the court of law and you guys we've already

jumped ahead I can't help but I just love puns and I love words obviously we're going to be

talking about sovereign citizens today and all the things that Brett just said

the things he could do that's what sovereign citizens often say that they can do and it causes a lot of

uproar and fun in the courtroom.

Yeah, and they aren't just larping, you know, they're not just going down to the Renfaire and acting like they're a king.

They actually, well I guess, I don't know, Alice and I were talking about this.

Do they actually believe it or not?

I think the number of them that actually believe it is probably small and

and some of them are just just think they're clever and they're using sort of a

clever argument to get around things. I don't know. But there are a lot of them.

Enough of them that many of you have seen at least one of them in the news,

Darryl Brooks, who's currently being tried for murder, the jury actually went out, I think it's going to start

deliberating tomorrow, so by the time you hear this, they will undoubtedly have reached a verdict.

I don't think this deliberation is going to take a long time but nevertheless so
