12 weeks of interactive coaching designed to help you steward your life, multiply your business God's way, and CREATE MORE PEACE to MAKE MORE MONEY!!
We're entering week 4 of being home and self-isolating and adjusting to these changes in routine and dealing with the stress of the situation. I've really discovered that an ounce of certainty goes along. They've decided in our state to continue school from home for the rest of this school year. Even though this isn't a great thing, the certainty it gives is comforting. I know how to move forward, what kind of plans I need to focus on, and where I can go from here.
In this season, find your next baby step. For me, I'm looking at life for the next two months and working on a new schedule and a routine. There are changes collectively for the whole country and world. But really you can focus on how can show up for yourself and for your family.
This can be a season of change. Try things you never thought you would do. Maybe you've sworn off cooking and baking (like me!) but you're enjoying it and trying new things! So allow yourself to pivot and change your mind.
This has been a good reminder for me. Who we are is how we lead! In the first two weeks, I felt stuck. I was in a pattern of not feeling well, not doing well, and not taking care of myself. But your current health is how you show up for your family and for the people you lead. I had trouble figuring out how to show up during this time. But I decided to be honest and talk about how I was feeling on my journey and teach on that. Don't be scared, to be honest about where you are!
Take care of yourself and be gentle with yourself! The lens that you view the world through is often how you see the world and God. Focus on being hopeful, peaceful, and loving that's what you will see in the world!
If you haven't yet check out last week's rerelease and the freebie that goes along with it, I definitely recommend it! It's a great exercise to evaluate how you're feeling and coping, how to get proper rest, and focusing on reconnecting with your family!
I can't wait for you to get to experience #walkinginworth firsthand through rest and Cedar Rock!

| 0:00.0 | Welcome to the Your Worth It podcast. I'm your host, Jessica Heffley, a top earning industry expert, self-development junkie, introvert, and thanks to the aneagram, a recovering perfectionist. As a small town girl, I'm all too familiar with the tension between comfortable contentment |
| 0:23.4 | and pressing into your courageous calling. By increasing my self-worth, I increase my net worth, |
| 0:31.0 | and I'm here to help you drop the guilt over having more of both. I know you're so tired of the |
| 0:37.1 | doubt, debt, and distractions. I also know |
| 0:40.3 | you're a leader who doesn't avoid hard things. So ready or not, let's intentionally live a |
| 0:46.3 | life of peace, profits, and most importantly, purpose. I can't wait to see you walking in worth. |
| 1:01.2 | Welcome back. Hey, you guys. How's everybody holding up? We are on week four, I believe, of self-quarantining. |
| 1:10.2 | And it's been quite the roller coaster, but I am loving the messages I'm getting from you guys |
| 1:14.4 | who've enjoyed the last couple of weeks when I have been pretty honest about how it was hard |
| 1:19.2 | for me for a while. |
| 1:21.2 | And I'm happy to report. |
| 1:24.6 | I'm in a much better place. |
| 1:32.1 | And how I want to share with you how an ounce of certainty has changed everything for me. Okay, so we live in Arkansas and just yesterday they |
| 1:41.0 | had now, well, school was going to be out or doing school from home until |
| 1:46.6 | April 30th but just yesterday our governor officially announced that the entire rest of the school year |
| 1:53.2 | will be canceled i mean it still will all be from home so what that meant for me was that we'll be homeschooling Judson for, instead of |
| 2:07.2 | just a couple more weeks, for another two months. And so that was another new rollercoaster |
| 2:14.8 | of emotions of, oh my word, he's not going back to school. He's not |
| 2:19.3 | going to get to see his friends again. We're moving to a different city this summer. And so we will, |
| 2:25.5 | just lots of emotions of, oh, my word. Like, we're really doing this. Like, this is longer than I |
| 2:32.4 | anticipated. Anyways, all these rounds of emotions, but the most |
| 2:35.7 | promising emotion that I felt when that was announced was actually some motivation. It was this |
