0:21.3	Today on We Can Do Hard Things, we decided to talk about how to survive hard feelings.
0:28.5	Okay, and we plan to this a while back, mainly because the world is such a constant and
0:36.1	utter avalanche of heartbreak and anger and so is life and so are relationships.
0:47.2	And we just thought that we would talk about how to make it through, how to experience
0:53.7	hard feelings without being consumed by them.
0:57.2	And so that's what we're going to do today.
0:58.7	But I want to tell you that right now, I kind of can't believe, I actually asked if we
1:08.7	could cancel this one and not record this one today because I am about to take my son
1:16.5	to college a couple days out actually.
1:20.6	And I thought that I would, I thought I would crush this part of life because I really
1:25.4	like change.
1:27.7	But I am whatever is the opposite of crushing, I am being crushed under, I am actually being
1:33.7	crushed under this experience.
1:36.4	And as a survival mechanism, I have decided to stop feeling anything.
1:43.1	Okay, so that's what I'm doing, I am, I just bought a, I think a five pound tub of red
1:53.6	vines and I am red vining and reading my way through the pain, reading is another way
2:00.5	I escape.
2:01.8	So ironically, we are here to discuss having our hard feelings and feeling them during
2:06.5	a time where I had, I have also my way out of feelings.
