Summary

Mayor Belfair has a strange encounter while stuck in a train car on the Long Island Rail Road. Sheriff Ulster and Mr. Sheldon brave the storm to rescue a downed snowplow. And can it be that the occultist Simon Perdido has returned with new intentions both cryptic and sinister?
