justify not taking care of your health. Don't think I don't

know. The same. My first rodeo. I've been doing this for fucking decades. I've been listening to

people's bullshit for decades when it comes to fitness why they don't have time, why it's

inconvenient, why blah, blah, blah, But my thyroid, well, your terrible lifestyle

habits, thrash your thyroid. So what now? Stop making bullshit fucking excuses.
