1:25.3 | For sure, the interest rates are just knocking out a lot of the potential buyers. |
1:31.3 | You know, people who might have been interested in building are just not interested right now because either they think the timing isn't right or it's just more expensive than they can afford right now. |
1:43.3 | So that's definitely killing things, but I'm basically booked up for 2023 and going further. |
1:53.3 | So the higher end market from what I'm hearing doesn't seem to be getting hit nearly as hard so far. |

2:07.3 | All right, is that better? Yeah, much better. I was going to say that like people, the interest rate has gone up and so people are like, oh, I don't want to spend money. |
2:16.3 | But for the past two years, the percentage of inflation is so astronomically above like how much the interest rate has gone up and they never had an issue at that point with spending. |
2:30.3 | It doesn't make that much sense to me. Well, you know what it is is I heard this the other day and I and it made a lot of sense is that we don't buy homes based on the price of the home. |
