Control issues came up.

A lot of people struggle with us, a lot.

Particularly women wanted to talk about it.

I think I struggle with it too, but it just manifests itself differently.

But for women, I guess since this came up with so many people calling in about it, how do

you handle it or how have you grown in it, like to get better at not feeling like you

have to control everything around you or everybody?

I think it's really tough.

I got this call from Katie where you appreciated.

Hey, Brandon Sherry, this is Katie.

What helped me was going through the most difficult time in my life.

When I was pregnant with my first daughter, I made all the plans, I was prepared, I was ready to go,

thought it was going to be perfect, and then after she was born, I experienced a very severe post-partum depression and psychosis.

And that, during that time, I had to cling to God more than any other time in my life.

And he helped me realize that he wants me to plan and he wants me to make plans and to move forward with them.

But that ultimately there's a point where I've got to let go and I've got to just trust him.

Tell you what, I totally get this. Chris Hemsworth is an actor and he's like, no one's taking me seriously because of the way I am.

He plays Thor, right? He's ripped. He's like, if I gained weight, then people would take me more seriously as an actor.

And why are you identifying with what he's saying?
