There are four different types of working mindsets that show up in the beauty industry, and today I’m starting the conversation by helping you to begin to understand your own type, and how you can identify the working mindsets of those around you to give grace, or to make a shift, if needed.

If you are a salon owner and have a team, you absolutely must understand how different people show up in life, and in understanding, that is going to allow you to communicate so much more effectively.
