I just want to tell you about the chat room. Thank you for being here and you have John to thank for today because I will share this with you

guys I've been feeling really great lately For like the last two weeks it's been normal, not better

than normal which is always awesome but like normal normal and I don't mind going to the mall and I don't mind going to my kids

gymnastics full of freaking children and parents and chaos you know I

You know I'm not having any problems. I'm joking with the family and the kids and cutting up and helping and just, I mean, everything that I

would normally do if I weren't dealing with depression

and I'm not dealing you know it's like it's almost normal now there's been moments

but overall it's been like a 10.

It's been really great.

It's been just like it used to be before all this.

But the weird part is, I have had absolutely in the same way that I used to have an

absolute no ability or energy for family or for or you know reaching out to

friends or any of that kind of stuff.

Since I'm doing all that awesome the valve seems to have just shifted to the

other side and now I've had no desire at all or passion or even seemingly the ability to do any

podcasting at all and it started just before Christmas and I told John today

I'm like dude you've got to help me, you know

convince me or talk me into doing the show tonight because you know I I don't

want to stop I have all this equipment. I've built this little pooty little

empire and a community of awesome people and you know it would suck to give all that out because I do enjoy it.

I just had a hard time finding any energy to do it.
