Sorry, okay, I moved, I worked summer every summer while I was in college, so when I moved

to New York after college I knew people that were already in the business and the way you become

a successful piano player is, you know, I was playing auditions for them, so at the auditions I would meet people behind the table that would say,

you know, do you want to music direct my show or can you come play me more auditions?

And it began leading to more and more work.

And I guess my big break was this guy named James Rade who saw me play in an edition related to John Rait and Bonnie Raid.

This is brilliant music director. He did forever play, the show called pageant and forever play out.

Oh yeah, I remember pageant.

The pageant was amazing.

So he hired me to be a music director and that kind of moving.

And how old were you?

23 I guess?
