about outsourcing. I was pleased to be featured by my good buddy Mr Money Mustache on his blog fairly recently and one of the questions he asked me was about fitness. How do you do the fitness thing? I love fitness, but lately I've been pretty

busy not thinking about fitness and I had the thought while doing the interview, I've

basically outsourced it. And I don't mean outsourced in the sense that you have someone else do the work for,

you wouldn't that be nice with fitness?

Wouldn't that be nice?

Or a cooking where you have someone else cook for you, wouldn't that be nice?

I just mean that I've outsourced the brain power. I've just

off-loaded it. So what I do, I joined across the gym, just you know your mileage may

vary, but I like our coaches and I like the place and I've made friends there and it's kept me entertained for about four years

So I'm sticking with it

The thing I'm really liking about it at the moment and I'll tie this back into money here in a second of course all fitness almost always has a parallel into money. But I like that I can

show up. There's a workout on the whiteboard. I do the workout. I'm doing it with my friends. We're

pushing each other. We're competitive. And then when the workout's done, I don't think about it again.

And that's the part I'm really liking.

I'm getting results without the mental overhead of thinking exactly how I'm supposed to get those results.

And could you not potentially apply that to your money?

Could you not perhaps outsource your

budgeting philosophy?
