the MVP debates and conversations that take place throughout the year we don't like

them when they take place in December,

in January, February.

We don't even care for them too much at the end of the year.

But Cody, you know what's more fun than that?

What's more fun then?

Trying to predict who's gonna to win the MVP because it kind of is this intersection of how

well a player is playing, plus or minus some perceived delta, you know, somebody gets overrated, somebody gets

underrated, how good the team ends up performing with the expectations around the team, and

then those things swirl together to create a narrative.

So we have done, if you haven't heard it, we've predicted the most improved player, we've

predicted Cody, what was the other award? defensive player of the year. Yeah, we defense. Oh that was fun. Yeah and now I this might be the end we were you know the season is passing us by this might be the end of our

prediction series. Oh oh actually we actually

predicted the the quarterfinals of the NBA cup we have to get to that so today

we're going to talk about MVP narratives we're going to talk about where we think players are going to finish at the end of the

year and there's a lot on the line with how you think teams are going to shake out and who's

legit and who's not legit. But first, first we have some housekeeping to take care of.
