Hello, Wine Embers, my name is Jesse Meekham and this is podcast number 236 for Wyanab.

We teach you four rules to help you stop living paycheck to paycheck, get out of debt,

and save more money. I want to give a little bit of an insider look inside. Why now?

To the team. We are hiring for, we're working on hiring two new designers UI ux focus a visual designer

referral program manager and someone that can help us with outreach and getting the WANAB word out there to the masses.

So we're hiring a lot and every time I say I don't want to hire, we hire four more people. Right now the team is about I think

41 maybe 40 and made up of part-time full-time folks lots of support people lots of

teachers just trying to do our part to get everyone budgeting effectively

and efficiently and what's it like to work at Wyanam? Everyone's remote. Three of us

do actually work out of a little Wineb house in Utah, but you know we could work remote if we wanted to.

The rest of the team is entirely remote spread all across the world. We've got people in Scotland and Switzerland and let's see

Brazil, several in Canada and then in the United States I think we're in 22

different states and we would love it for you to come on board

and be in one of the states where we already have employees so we don't have to set up again in Europe. I'm just kidding.

But, oh, you know, I'm kidding. I wasn't saying it's a hassle. It is, but I'm kidding. We'll set up just for you in your state where you live

It's a fantastic place to work if you are self-driven, if you like autonomy, if you like creativity, and if you're

okay with working with a bunch of people that are frankly super friendly.

If that makes you uncomfortable, I don't think why not

would be the place for you? I think you'd want to go somewhere else. We avoid

politics, we keep things simple, we shoot straight, we talk about being confidently humble about being able to communicate effectively.

We go quickly to video chat and live chat instead of email where things can take forever because of our time zone differences.

So there's a lot about the remote work that we really work on.
