Hi. How are you guys? We're on the room. I'll answer the question for you. We like to start with how do you take your coffee, but you take it sweet something usually. I don't have a pattern. I change it up every day. Oh, you do? Yeah. We call it the Russian roulette of caffeine. What do you mean? You just like to try different things. I'll just try different things every time I'm somewhere.

Yeah.

But here I'll give you this answer. When I travel, which I love to travel, as you guys know, every time I try a local coffee shop, I'll get a pour over and a shot of espresso. Oh. And just try that. Yeah. So that's how I judge them on their. I was going to say that's how you assess them.

That's how I assess them.

I'll pour over in a cup and an espresso. Very nice. Mike Lever. I just like it black. Cold, hot, any consistency depends on the season. I like how I like whatever the house coffee is. Because if I go to a place and I'm like, hey, whatever you got, whatever you're brewing and that's the most common thing, brewed, likely it's going to be consistently like, okay. It's not going to be great. It's not going to be crappy. It's just going to be okay. So that's my, that's my go-to, black, hot. Hot black. Hot and black., what do you got? I like a little cream.

Yeah.

I'm a baby.

I know it's like faux pa in this company to add anything to your coffee, but a little cream, sometimes some honey.

Yeah.

I mean, we're really in the milk business is what I've learned working here.

Yeah, I really like milk.

I like dairy.

I have been putting, like, raw milk in. Like straight out of the cow? Oh, what is that called? It's illegal most places. Unpasteurized. Yeah, there you go. In Hebrew, it's good. Like, Utah, I think, you can buy that shit, like, off the counter. You just have to get a waiver.

You have to sign a waiver, rather.
