End quote. So it's not clear here but this sounds like it's a fine on top of the where

guild which are probably responsible for as well as the owner of the slave.

So is this just for Welshman? That's the other thing. As far as I can tell if you have

an Anglo-Saxon slave, then you're not going to get an extra fine. It's just if you own

a Welsh slave. It's like breed specific laws. So it's like owning a pit bull. If you've got

a Welsh slave, you know what you're doing. Watch the f*** out. You don't look at me like

that. You knew what you did. You had them in your house. We all said no. Don't take on

devils. They're dangerous. It's over their carbon outlong boasts.
