So I, I worked out, I started working out with a trainer last year around October, first time since my surgery.

And, you know, just little by little, getting stronger and realizing I'm getting older, but still trying to strengthen that, which remains.

And yes, no, Monday morning, I was working out with the trainer at the gym.

I go very, very early.

And there's a guy, and I promise he was not being creepy.

I promise.

He was not being creepy.

I'm working out with the trainer.

And he comes over, he's kind of stretching where we are. And he says, hey, I'm creepy. He was not being creepy. I'm working out with the trainer. And he comes over, he's kind of stretching where we are.

And he says, I'm sorry, can I interrupt for one second?

And the trainer was like, yeah, what?

He said to me, you're doing an amazing job.

He said, I want you to know.

It was so out of left field and I'm promising you this was not creepy. It was genuine. He said, I want you to know, it was so out of left field and I'm promising you this was not creepy.

It was genuine.

He said, change is incremental.

And you're around here all the time, he said, and I'm inspired by the fact that you show up so much, he said.
