So listen, almost for the past year,

docs outside the box and provider solutions in development,

we have partnered together mainly because we see, or at least on docs outside the

box, we see the value of empowering you as residents as well as young attendings with finding

the job or the position that you want to be at. All right. And over this past close to a year,

we've given you different segments with PS&D talking about everything from should you do locums, looking for a job in New York City or any other major city. And we're going to continue that today. All right. We're going to continue that today. We're going to talk about all of you residents who are either early in the game. We're talking about your second year, third year,

or even whatever, four for 50 years, wherever you are, and trying to figure out when you
