It happened. The back of my head is now world famous.

Oh, really?

Yeah.

Congratulations.

It was on the back of my head was on national TV for two solid hours.

Really?

I thought we were to say two seconds or something.

No, two solid.

Imagine the back of your head being on this TV for two hours. Was this at the basketball game? Yeah. Wow. So the default shot of the court, we had such great seats for my friends. We were so nice. I've never had seats like that. Never will again. But like it was right front center on the court. And it was the back of your head. Did you turn to the side at any point? Not much. I wasn't thinking about it. But I was getting texts from people. Is that your head? Yeah. So by the end of the game, I was like standing up looking around. I'm like, can I get something besides the back of my head for two solid hours? No idea who the guy is. But I loved his point. All right? Yeah. Somebody sent me this video with this guy talking about alpha males. Okay. It's like, the strong man in the room, I really like this. He said the strong man in the room isn't the guy who's talking about alpha males. Okay. He's not the one who's like got the bulging veins and the whatever and he's all that stuff.

Like there's usually a guy that sits there and he's fairly quiet. And he's been through a lot.

May have lost a child. May have lost a spouse, gone through some heartache, gone through some stuff.

But he sits with integrity.

But what I love the most is he said, that guy's not gentle because he's soft.

He's gentle because he's disciplined.

And I loved that.

So you want to be gentle, all of us.

Not because we're soft,

but because we're disciplined.

We don't have to strike like that.

It's meekness.
