Hey everyone, good afternoon. I'm Susan Coffin. I'm here for Attitude

Magazine's weekly ADHD experts broadcast. Pretty much all parents of

children with ADHD or any other disability are trying to figure out what academic

plans or programs or accommodation or services will help their child at school.

All of us I think are often confused about the law and thus the services to request.

So we're extremely fortunate today to have speaker attorney Matt Cohen who will highlight

the key advantages and disadvantages of the two major forms of accommodations, the IEP and the 504 plan,

he'll be helping parents identify which solutions best suited for their child and

strategies to maximize school services and also minimize the chance

that educators will fail to enforce these indelia plans.
