Well hello beautiful soul now before we dive into today podcast, first I want to thank you so much from the

bottom of my heart for the outpouring of love and kindness and all the well wishes

and the notes over the past few weeks. It has meant so much to me.

You know, having a hysterectomy, man, it is no joke. It is a big surgery.

I still got a few weeks to go on my healing journey but I will tell you this

everything is on track we got all the tests back there is no cancer everything is

really good so I am so grateful for that and every single day I'm getting a little bit stronger and a little bit better and pretty soon I'm even going to be able to work out again, which I have missed so much.

Now that said, like many of you, man, I am looking forward to 2020 being done and being in

the rearview mirror and I think that this time of year is such a great time to take a

step back, to reflect, and to make sure that our lives are going

in the direction that we most want them to go.
