0:40.7	research and find an under the radar market to share with us today. And I did the same. James,
0:47.1	how to go for you? Was this a hard assignment? You know what? These are always a hard assignment
0:51.4	because I start going down the rabbit hole. And all of a sudden, I'm in all 50 states looking at every city.
0:57.2	So it took me a while to find the right one.
0:59.6	Henry, are you just sticking with Arkansas?
1:02.1	You're just like a one-trick pony.
1:03.5	Did you follow the assignment this time?
1:05.8	It was very hard not to pick Arkansas.
1:09.4	You just love it.
1:10.6	But I did pick a market that has strategies that I only do a little bit of right now, but that I want to do more of.
1:19.3	So I wanted to bring something different to the audience because everybody's used to hearing about buying hold in Arkansas for me.
