little hearts with your host's us. It's Ariel and Raylene. Hello. Hello everybody. So for you, you know, the schedule goes on and on week

after a week. You get this excellent show. But for us, there's been a little delay. We

recorded two episodes the week before last because last week I was in New York City and we knew

it would be just way too annoying and difficult to record the episode while I was gone. Once again,

we had the conversation that we have every time one of us is busy, we say, should we just not

record an episode this week? We're allowed to take a week off and then we go, now we could just record two at once. Yeah. So we did two at once. But in future, we maybe should just take a week off. It always makes the lead up to your vacation so much more hectic. It's so much more stressful because I'm like, okay, I'm going on vacation.

We're like, okay, we need to record two episodes.

We've got all these things we've got to do.

We got it.

And the week before is extra crammed. But last week's episode was really good. Yeah. And I do like, you know, being consistent as much as we can. So we can take a couple weeks off. I don't want to take too many weeks off.

No, we got to be there for our people. We got this show and we got a show up.

That's kind of my big, my big little topic for today. I've got a bunch of things written down here that I've got to talk to you guys about. So number one, I went to New York. That's what the bullet point says. Then it says, Kaylee, I want to just say,

account. You guys know Kaylee, because we've mentioned her loads before,

but she's also just my pal, our pal. And every time I go to New York, the last few years,

I've stayed at her place. And it was such a great time. We had a couple of really good,

what my dad calls pal days, where it's just two pals hanging. and uh it was really really lovely and i just

love seeing cayley and i love getting to go and like insert myself into her life and be with her

for a couple of days and then leave and basically for the last three years i have gone to new york

for her birthday which is why people are like, why'd

you go to New York? And I'm like, it's my friend's birthday? They're like, is it a big one? I'm like,
