The subject of closed communion always raises questions.

Richard writes high issues that cetera team I am continually conflicted about closed communion. It just doesn't seem right to me.

Has Grumpy St Paul directed our church in this direction? Did any other apostles have an opinion on the

Lord's supper? It troubles me because I listen to Pastor Brian Wolfmiller

wonderfully explained the liberal gifting of God's gift of baptism.

But then I hear every Lutheran pastor logically explain closed communion.

Why can't we generously and liberally give God's gift of communion?

Who are we as men to hold up God's gift and prohibit its giving?

Should we not generously give the gift of communion just as liberally as we give the gift of baptism?
