0:06.2	I just wanted to be transparent with you guys around about some things. For one, while we're recording
0:13.9	last week's show, I got a couple phone calls, which informed me that my grandmother had passed um i left out of the show i went to
0:26.6	my my family side and you know things happened the way they happened um she lived a very amazing life
0:35.6	and i'm very proud of that.
0:40.7	Over the course of the couple of days after that, you know, it takes a while for things to hit you.
0:46.9	It takes a while for things for you to come to certain realizations.
0:52.4	And I realized that I started feeling very heavy.
0:55.0	I started feeling extremely weighted down.
1:00.5	And it was more than that.
1:02.3	It was the fact that I'm turning 50.
1:04.8	You know, my grandmother just passed.
1:07.2	And I'm getting into a place where mortality is a thing for me and the purpose of your life is a thing for you for me.
1:15.4	You start having thoughts about time and wasted time and are you being, are you fulfilling your purpose or are you being kind to yourself?
1:30.2	Since I was young, I've always had this hustle mentality i've always had this thing like you got to go you got to go you got to go and i find myself not only
1:37.2	missing moments that matter but also just not feeling aligned with who i really am or where I really want to be.
1:48.3	And so I had to take stock in that and I decided to make a few changes.
1:53.8	For one, I have decided to cancel the remaining dates of the Hardass off tour.
2:06.6	There's a few reasons for that. But the main reason for that is to be kind to myself. I was returning from vacation with my wife and going straight on a plane to go to Atlanta.
2:14.6	I just don't have the capacity for that right now.
2:20.9	I hope that y'all can understand that.
