doing Katie Floyd I'm great happy new year David well thanks'm, you know, the holiday season was rough for me because I have a big

case I'm in the middle of and I feel like I got ripped off a little bit because I worked so hard. But, you know,

finishing the holidays at the holidays holidays

holidays something like that we found about the Katie and I were talking about

how over the holidays we spent a lot of time doing family tech support with our relatives and maybe

we should do it in the show a month ago but you know the idea is fresh in our minds so we thought

it would be fun to talk about what are the best tools and workflows if you're going to be

going being the family nerd you're going to go and help somebody set up a new

computer or just the general family tech support things you need to be doing and we said hey you

know what I think that's a show yeah I think it I think it is a show because I like

you spent a lot of my time over this holiday doing a lot of tech support,

whether it was installing hard drives,

installing various gifts for people,

helping my nephew with this GoPro,

helping my parents install their nest thermostat and install all their little toys.

It's been a busy holiday for me.

No rest for the weary sometimes.
