2024. Thank you for listening. Thank you for making us a part of your week. The Walk and Love

podcast is a conversation about rhythms, faith, parenting, emotion. It's a place where we laugh and sometimes

Year's Eve. And this episode will come out on New Year's Eve. Not our normal thing, but we didn't have an episode this past Monday or the Monday before

because we've had family in town.

And with the holidays, it just hasn't, we just haven't had the chance.

But we do like doing a recap episode of the year.

And so we're doing this recap episode of the year on the last day of the

year. We did it. We made it. Honestly, I really feel that statement deep in my bones. We made it.

Not from like a physical or I don't know. Not like our marriage made it. I think that's how a lot of people, I don't know.

I think that's how a lot of people who maybe don't know us would like, we made it.

Like me and you, we're still together.

Like that's not what you mean. No, it's just like I, like this year was a challenge.

Obviously, if you listen to the podcast, you know that.

We've been up front and honest about that.

But it was just like a long, wearisome year in a lot of ways with a lot of huge changes,

which then add so much like, blah to it. And so going into this year, I remember writing down

and kind of talking about it and just kind of predicting like, hey,

I think 2024 might be kind of challenging.
