Our intuition is a great indicator.

Hi, welcome to Let It Out. That's what you're listening to. My name is Katie Dillbout. I recorded this conversation that you're about to listen to at my apartment a couple weeks ago with a new friend of mine, Kat, who you'll learn all about in this week's episode. We met at the wing,

this all-women co-working space that I belong to and work out of here in New York.

If you follow me on social media, you've probably seen me there a bunch, but Kat is a

very cool millennial dedicated to the social well-being of her fellow millennials. And she does this

through her podcast, chats with Kat, which is great. She's also working on a second podcast about

Afro-Latina culture, which we get into in this

episode. And we talk about how she's embraced her natural hair and that helped her feel

more authentic, something that I can definitely relate to in my own way. We talked about the
