Retired agent Scott Garriola reviews his investigation of Steve Banerjee, the owner of the Chippendales, who hired a hitman to murder his choreographer and business partner, Nick De Noia. Chippendales is a touring dance troupe best known for its male striptease shows and for the dancers' display of their chiseled chests and defined pectoral muscles accented by bow ties, collars, and shirt cuffs similar to those worn by Playboy bunnies. Scott, a relatively new agent, at the time, worked this international murder-for-hire case with veteran agent Andrew Stefanak, now deceased.
